My mother, Thelma Sieberns, loved to write poetry. Some of my earliest memories are of my mother sitting at the kitchen table typing away on the old Smith Corona typewriter. I feel compelled to share these poems with others in her memory and especially for my children Brandon, Brittany and Dustin. She once wrote, Writing gives me a sense of joy which I cannot express verbally. I want to enjoy the satisfaction of writing about many subjects. This poetry is timeless and applies to many of todays concerns.
