Pollack (PhD Columbia University) is a professor of Historyand Jewish Studies at the University of North Texas. She is a memberof the Academic Council of the David S. Wyman Institute for HolocaustStudies. Her published works include The Childhood We Have Lost: WhenSiblings Were Caregivers, 1900-1970 and the prize-winning Encyclopediaof American Jewish History, which she co-edited with Professor StephenH.
