    This collection of poetry has a dark attitude and deals with solitude, loneliness, apprehension, love, sadness, life & death, fading memories, fear and the art of nightmare, silence, insomnia and poetry and how poetry helps, but poetry can be many things not necessarily words but art, music, dance etc.Its a more personal and darker collection than my first book After the Rain, which is lighter and more spiritual. Its darker because its written with the frustration of having Aphantasia and not being able to see.Aphantasia affects roughly 1 in 50 people and it means those who have it lack a visual imagination or a minds eye that doesnt see. The inability to see colours, objects, scenery, or even the words I write is really quite annoying.
