As the leader of the Sangres, all Solomon “Solo” Divine knew was the streets. It wasn't until he was sentenced to six years that he began to think differently. Reading up on Black History and playing chess is how he did his time. His brother introduced him to the game; but, prison elevated him to a Grand Master. Strapped with this knowledge, he planned to clean up his city, not realizing it was easier said than done. He was living in the present with visions of the future – all while being haunted by the past. He had some hard and serious moves to make. It was either mate his opponents or become checkmated.
