A young man chooses to study for the Catholic Priesthood, only to find a catalyst in the form of a female friend from his past, now turned Muse. Kin Lee offers Gio an alternate path. When Gio exits the sanctuary of the Catholic Seminary, to follow the dictate of his conscience, guided in part by Kin Lee, his newfound direction discloses new thoughts, feelings and insights. During the process of reliving his personal history, Gio also encounters, through a series of dreams, the history of humanity that takes on a twist, disclosing that things were not as he was taught throughout his life, and that what he learned in the Seminary was essentially backwards from reality. Gios involvement with Kin Lee as his Muse brings him in contact with an alien culture, the Empathia, through lucid dreams. Within Gios dreams, he experiences the true story of Eve and what she really meant to the history of humanity, the implications of war, and the tyranny that causes it. The Empathia, dedicated to the arts, sciences and personal Liberty, guide Gio to a place within himself where few humans have had the fortune to be. Gio courageously embraces the deep emotions he denied throughout his life, and explores the world of his old fears and their imprinted traumas. Gio must now choose between the bland mediocrity of his past, or adventure within the acceptance of the unexpected with Kin Lee.
