The company formed in 1997 with the vision to acquire, remaster, and publish numerous classic video-based arcade games such as Dragons Lair, Dragons Lair II: Time Warp and Space Ace. These three games were among the first to use TV-quality video in an arcade game. The games were created by Rick Dyer and feature spectacular quality animation by Don Bluth, an ex-Disney animator who is also known for his work on The Secret of NIMH, An American Tail, The Land Before Time and All Dogs Go To Heaven.
