A three-year-old girl, Fatuzie, suffers languorous conditions. The community discards her in a bush to avoid a backlash from spiritual underwater denizens, believed to have evanescently inseminated her moms womb for surrogacy. Her aunt, unconvinced in the traditional beliefs of celestial sex relations with humans, rescues her and takes her to the hospital for treatment. After five months of close monitoring, the Osbornes adopt her and return to the United States for her treatment. In the U.S., Charles studies Computer Science. On a night-out, he acquaints with a homeless man, Joseph, with whom he forms a gang: The Ozy Boyz. Fatuzie, now Suzie, is kidnapped. Charles and Joseph are charged with burglary, kidnapping, wire fraud, murder and money laundering. Charles is required to find the mysterious person, dead or alive, retrieve the chip to avoid his death, the death of Suzie and his gang partners: Joseph, Qing, Melanie Assad, Brook Zing, Manchu Zhou, Sky-walker, Marcus, a Governor and Senator Browns Back. At their trial, Joseph is shot, the Prosecutor is killed and the Presiding Judge, Betty White, disappears.
