Her story was her own, and she has dismantled rumours. No longer, can other people take over her past. No longer, can they claim ownership or claim that she is stuck. No longer will she simply let people take what was hers. They will no longer have the power over her and use it as a weapon to cause deliberate pain. I write this book in hopes that you will be able to find some sort of camaraderie in her experience if you need it. I hope that you will be able to see that ultimately you can overcome the past.
