This book came up from my research and aims to examine Leadership and growth concept of organization management transformation and their effect on business growth. One aspect of growth that this book explores is the issue of growing transformational leaders and their business plan for Organization transformation. This book examine is strategic planning and value base strategy. Example was drawn through an exploratory research that was conducted by gathering qualitative data using interviewees. The sample considered in the study consists of 10 managers or leaders working in UK based Charity Organization. The research questions are linked to performance, motivation, innovation, servant leadership, emotional intelligence and leadership behaviour. The Content analysis helped to code the responses obtained using a cluster method and hence enabled the major themes arising from the responses to be obtained. The study shows that leadership skills and self-leadership help in the development of self-efficacy that contributed to performance when the leaders were motivated.In addition, the book also linked performance with motivation. It investigates the link of related themes such as emotional intelligence, performance, competence, motivation, innovative strategy and value base strategy. The findings provide practical implications to help in attaining further leadership development interventions geared towards improving performance and growth. Businesses that emphasize empowerment should employ training initiatives aimed at demonstrating skill improvement and implementation of strategies for self-leadership. This book demonstrates that leadership styles can help leaders to motivate people and improve their organization to perform better.
