These stories have become your experience, your beliefs and your identity.Saying good bye to the story of ‘I’m not good enough’ requires that you become aware of your self talk and focus on your thoughts and the stories running your life.  Through mindful meditation, the Art of Attention, Mindshaping Art, and Affirmations you can begin the process of transforming your beliefs and rewrite the stories of who you are and what you can achieve. About the Author: Deborah Ruth is a qualified Guided Meditation Teacher specialising in drawing meditations, imagery and mindfulness to communicate with the unconscious mind.She also holds a Diploma in Art Therapy, a form of expressive therapy that uses creative expression and art to examine and improve a person’s physical, mental and emotional well-being. It is the intentional blending of these two practises, mindful meditation and art that forms the basis of Mindshaping Art.   Art which speaks directly to the unconscious mind to shape, mould and train the mind to form positive and empowering stories of who you are and what you are capable of.All illustrations are drawn, painted and created by Deborah, who describes herself as a Mindshaping Artist and Storyteller.
