Because of a learning disorder, I still could not read at 10 years old. With the help of a librarian, I discovered a book of Rembrandt art. When I arrived home I found a book of art by C.M. Russell and in a short time became convinced if I could read, C.M.Russell was telling me how to draw and paint in his letters, so I wanted to learn to read.Reading my Autobiography to 3rd and 4th-grade classes has been a great joy. The children laugh out loud and ask the best questions. I have shared a lifestyle that is no longer experienced and the children learn a lot from my book.
