Shades of Shade is a coffee-table book containing a collection of my poetry and original artwork illustrating the poems. Thepoetry is a depiction of life, short stories, difficult topics and taboos that exist in many countries. These realities have inspired me.I hope to bring awareness and understanding of these conflicts that exist in many societies around the world. I have chosen tohire thirteen artists from different countries to showcase their varied styles and mediums of art. These illustrations depict anddemonstrate the base meaning of my poetry. I am hoping this book itself becomes a piece of art.
