I pray that the one that possesses this book will gain or regain a strategy to come out of where they are, and to know they are not alone. There is a way out. I hope that this book helps drive out the darkness and depression that haunts and torments the mind. We all have come from dark places or backgrounds, and I pray that my transparency will be a support in the battle that rages within.
