In the country Ethiopia, much budget has been deployed, still the region in far behind in knowledge awareness and other basic skills of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment methods. This paper tried to analyses the effect of budget participation on employees job performance. •Is employees participation mandatory? •How about stakeholders? •Is there a need to consider other than budget participation? Besides the issue is not addressed by professionals in Africa particularly Ethiopia.
