Louis is fighting for the rights of cats. He says:Trouble is, in society, were bottom of the list. Of rights, we have none. We are disenfranchised. That means we cant vote. There are no votes for cats. That is why I am beginning this consciousness-raising campaign, working towards a Parliament for Cats. For we are not merely miaow-machines, tender on the tactile; we are not just moggies, four-legged, friendly, furry and cute; we are feline fellahs and fellarinas, guys and dolls with brains, hopes and ambitions. We have our dreams. Mine is for a full parliament of cats, all seats filled after being duly contested, so we can begin the true democratisation of the feline kingdom. Lets fight for the rights of moggies!
