    After the catastrophic world-event known as The Fallout, society regresses into city-states and mobs of marauders. Dust covers the now lifeless world.  A thick haze stretches above skyscrapers., transcending into an abyss of smoke. Since The Fallout, a systematized group known as Congress has begun to take over. They enforce strict curfews, oppressive regimes, and strike down any groups which dare stand in the way of their perverted nationalism. They patrol the barren streets at dusk and annihilate anyone they deem a threat to their ideals or their sociopolitical power.Mike, the son of a Congress Member, leaves home and meets up with a group of orphans whove, too, been abandoned by their elite Congress Member fathers. The group bands together to survive through the twisted aftermath of a world gone cold.
