The kennel is here, but my dog isnt. OMG! I didnt hear what I just heard. I literally could not believe what I heard. Stupidly, I said, What? She said, My dogs not here. The kennel is, but hes not. I asked if she was sure it was her kennel. She said it was. I dropped what I was doing and called for someone else to come out and watch the front desk, and we went to the claim area.
