The human brain and the mechanisms of its activity draw the attention of researchers from various specialties. The objective study of the human brain functions was started by I.M. Sechenov, who published his work “Reflexes of the Brain” in 1863; in that study the question of the objective physiological approach pattern to psychological activity mechanisms was raised for the first time /3/. In the early 1900s electroencephalography originated as a survey method of the brain, based on registration of the brains electric potentials. The beginning of the electroencephalography era is usually related to the Austrian psychiatrist Hans Berger, who first implemented the registration of electric potentials of the human brain in 1928, using scalp needle electrodes. Also, it were his works that included the description of basic rhythms of the human electroencephalogram (EEG) and their changes in different functional tests and pathological features in the brain. The further success of electroencephalography was related to the development of multichannel highly, sensitive ink electronic devices that allowed performing standard examinations of patients. Due to the advancement of computer systems, complex mathematical techniques have ushered in a new age in EEG diagnostics.
