    This book describes the way the environment is managed in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). This country, opulent in terms of natural and socio-cultural resources, paradoxically offers the image of a person suffering from a metabolic stagnation that translates into indigence for an eternally assisted person. The fundamental question that arises is why the natural opulence of the DRC is coupled with real indigence, a poor country with a high debt burden.
