Francis Martin Patrick Frankie Boyle, born on 16th August 1972, Pollokshaws, Glasgow, Scotland, is a comedian and writer, well known for his black comedy and often controversial sense of humour. He was a permanent fixture on the comedy panel show Mock the Week from its beginning in June 2005, until his departure in September 2009. Hes also made guest appearances on several other panel shows, as well as writing for Jimmy Carrs Distraction and Sean Locks TV Heaven, Telly Hell.
