A Small Introduction As you may (or may not) know, Im the author of two books - this one being my third. Its Just One Of Those Days was published in 2013. Having bipolar disorder gives you both a great and a terrible outlook on life. As I said, there is a lot of depression in this book - thats The Darkness. Then there are times when Im either manic or just feelin
